Leland is known for building high-performing teams and connecting strategy to execution. He champions more agile ways of working – helping teams cut through the noise and focus on what matters most to deliver on the work that matters most.
With a passion for developing future leaders, Leland focuses on translating technical capability into operational success, creating lasting value for people, projects and will be opening the first Horizons West forum in Perth.
