This course includes audio and interactivity to assist with learning, and will give participants an understanding of:
- The application of the Australian Network Rules and Procedures (ANRP);
- Duties of a Protection Officer;
- Safety critical communications (SCC) within safe working;
- Resolving safety critical communications and;
- Human Factors in safety critical communications

This course is suitable for:
- New Protection Officers who have completed TLIF0008 – Apply safety critical communications in the rail environment;
- Existing Protection Officers who require recertification.
